We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We are constantly working to ensure we provide you with the highest levels of responsiveness.

We divide the time frame for order delivery into two parts:

  • Processing time will include verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders will be received, packaged and processed within 2-4 days.
  • Shipping time refers to the time it takes for shipped items to reach their destination. We fulfill shipping through Australia Post and will generally take between 3 and 14 days to arrive . It can take longer from time to time. Times may vary up to a maximum of 30 days for delivery depending on the area of delivery and postal services available. You may be eligible for a refund if your order has not been received after 30 days. You may also select to have the item resent where possible. This choice will be yours.

Returns & Refunds Guarantee

Returns and refunds are a guarantee provided by us for every product we sell. If you receive a product purchased from our site that is not as described or is of low quality, please contact us. We will endeavour to resolve these problems. You can request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree on a partial refund.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on growingglenda.com have a returns and refunds guarantee. Any product purchased from our site that is not as described is protected.

The following situations are not included:

  1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
  2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
  3. We do not refund therapy services that have already been provided. When you commence using this service, further details on payment are provided through your Therapeutic Counselling Agreement.

Guaranteed Protection Period

You can submit refund requests up to 30 days after completing your order. You can email us your details and a description of the situation. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Return Shipping Fee

If you agree with us to return your item, then you must pay the shipping fee. After we receive the item and approve the refund, all shipping and product costs will be returned to you. We require proof of shipping costs.
